- Tiling. This involved prep with hardy backerboard then waterproofing. Then tiling walls then floors. For floors a rubber base matt is used to avoid tiles cracking from expansion of timber floor.
- Plumbing second fix.
- Wash basin, hot cold tap, and waste. Fixing to wall.

- Sealing edges with silicone and finishing. If bath installing a bath panel.
